Admission Process
Visitor Registration Guide

Guide : Seating is limited, so please be sure to register in advance through the website.
Admission to every PATINEX 2026 program, including the conference and the exhibition, requires a badge issued through pre-registration.
Your registration confirmation and entry barcode will be sent at 18:00 on the day before PATINEX 2026, Sep. 1 (Tue). If you do not receive them, please contact the PATINEX 2026 Secretariat. (patinex@teamplana.co.kr)

Registration Inclusions : Admission to the conference and the exhibition, lunch and coffee, a lucky draw ticket and a parking ticket

- Conference admission is a paid program and includes a course-style lunch. - Admission to the exhibition hall is free, and you may apply for a Business Meeting for a smooth consultation. - Conference seating is limited, so on-site registration may be restricted if registration closes early. - For a group registration of 10 or more, please contact the Secretariat. (02-2038-2227, patinex@teamplana.co.kr) - If you wish to attend an additional day after registering for one day, please cancel your existing registration and pay again for the two-day pass.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation on or after Aug. 28 (Fri), 2026	No refund

- To cancel, please send your cancellation to the Secretariat by e-mail (patinex@teamplana.co.kr). Cancellations by phone are not accepted. - All refunds are processed after PATINEX 2026 closes. The fees required for the refund (bank and credit card charges, etc.) are deducted from the amount paid.
